the first is VERY unfair, the second is better but idk about fairness especially if its a coontail
my advice is hold onto it until you know what it is because the coontail is worth a lot more and you dont want to get burned by trading it too early to know.

the shima is an ordinary 09 rare so its unfair to them either way
