As of today I finally convinced my boyfriend to join the site. It was super cute watching him learn how to adopt pets and dress them up, it made me realize how long ive been on the site and how much I wish I could re-find the game and experience everything the first time.

Oh wow, I did the exact same thing!! Originally joined back in 2009 when I had just started high school, took breaks on and off, and now that I’ve returned (about a week ago) the nostalgia is definitely mitigating my uni stress too haha!

i keep thinking back on how the pound used to be the only thing in existence (no l&f) and the worst part of it being that you could only adopt once every 24 hours, oh my goodness. my original account was created in late 2009 before i was even COPPA age, i want to say october? it doesn't exist anymore but those older litters i hold so near and dear to my heart.

Yeah, it's absolutely bonkers how long ago the site started. I was also just a kid when I first joined 14 years ago - went from dressing up pets on here to performing surgeries on real-life pets, lol. Crazy how time flies. :")

Although to be completely honest, I think CS was probably one of the safest and most educational sites to be on as a kid. I genuinely learnt a lot.
