None of them are even slightly fair.
But number 3 which includes the Spotted Tribal is the best.

But I wouldn't accept any of them. Even though the pickle tends to have low demand, you can still get a better/fair trade.

It's difficult to say what they need because of the demand of the cucumber, but I'd say the 3rd one needs to add at least a sorb including demand.
The last bid isn't fair either.
