Please be specific and don't give advice if you don't know your rarities.

1. Looks unfair to them. Remove their rare pony and the uc rat.
2. Unfair to them. Their horse is worth 2 early '09 rares without demand. Your black store dog is worth an early '10 rare and the current store dog is worth a late '10 rare.
3. It's hard to tell with the newborns being unknown rarities. With the low demand of the nick horse and popular demand of the advent dogs, I'd say fair. But you might want to get a second opinion on that one.

If they added a UR Tess horse, would that make it fair to the tribal or overpay?
