Fair? I know Grinners aren't that popular with a lot of people. I'm always iffy on trading off store pets.

Unfair to them. The store dog is only worth a late '10 rare. The rat alone would be fair, and they added more on top of it.

Unfair to them. 2014 Store Pets are worth late 2010 rares. Even assuming a lesser quality for the rat, it's overpay.

It sort of depends on who you find willing to trade for it. It has, for lack of a better term, crap demand.
