The only thing that bothers me a little is that all the other stores are true date and it's a re-release, so I might try to swap it if that's even possible with such a rare pet.

First of all, congrats that you got it! But you dont need to worry about swapping, it's not a re-release, the bunny was just bought on that day. Store pets are never being re-released. (:

The orange cerberus and skelebun were actually included in the '09 and '10 re-releases, so it is a re-release. Store pets were never re-released again, but they were once

It is indeed a rerelease I believe, but I don't think that matters that much! You got it, that's what counts! So congrats on that! (And perhaps re-releases are a little bit more special than the actual pets, ocnsidering they were a mistake after all ehehe). Being able to trade for the skelebun is such a huge achievement, so yay!

I've decided to restarted my butterfly collection from 2017 when I started it!
I have had some really nice trades and, fingers crossed, with my current auction
I should be able to acquire 77 more! Do you have any advice for tackling a collection
as big as this? I can use all the help I can get!

Thank you! Honestly, the moment I started, I had very little from 2015-2018 because I traded quantities of those away for a store pet, and a lot of my friends jumped in and gifted me some of their extras so that's probably why it decreased so quickly ;v; I'm really glad it did though! 39 pages is less daunting than 97 ahahah!

Yeah definitely! When I originally decided to go for a full pps collection again I think I had like over 40 pages, after having like 1-3 pages of just hoards for over 2 years 😂😂😂 it was so daunting, then the generosity of CS quickly shrunk that down ❤

How many pages are you hoping to get down to for the end of this year? 😄

Yeah! CS's generosity keeps surprising me every time. I'm not sure how many pages I'd like to get down to before the year ends, at first I was like 'ok I wanna get down to 2000 pets to go before the year ends' but I already crossed that.. so I might try for .. 500 now? I'm not sure if that's too ambitious, so we'll see about that hahaha. Maybe I'll hope to go down to at least 30 pages!

That sounds like a reasonable goal since you still have quite a few weeks left, and two events to help our as long as there aren't any random demand outcones to add on to it 😂

Do you have a lot of rare and under pets left to go? I'm guessing probably a good couple rares but I imagine you've done pretty well with anything under 😊

I don't get to earn WL pets that fast-- I haven't had the time recently to trade people and have been pretty passive about trading these past two years. Now that my health is getting better, I'm hoping to start making some faster progress. Thank you <3

Auctions are my go-to right now for getting pets. And FR things lol

Yeah FR is amazing for pets, especially since it seems a lot of the old r users seem to use it so it grants more access to older pets 😄 I hope your health continues to improve, and that you get to see a nicely shrunken wishlist for Christmas 😄

Hmm, I really hope so! I would love to bring it down to 500, that would be so amazing! I think I haven't been this close, although, a few years ago I did have a lot of the rarer pets but yeah, that's not really something I'm gonna worry about now! THat's for when I have my WL so decreased that they're one of the only few I have left ahah ;p

I just checked and there are still some common/uncommons I still need, yet, most of them are indeed rare and up now! So from here on things are going to get a little harder than they were when I started, but I don't mind the challenge. This is actually quite a .. refreshing challenge compared to trying to find those store pets xD

Good luck on your collection! I'm not so well at giving advice, but what I can tell you is just never give up! Keep going and eventually you'll surely finish the collection! (: It's trial and error really, some trades will be cancelled, some will get through. I would suggest maybe trying to gather gems on flightrising if you have an account there, offsite trades can be very useful for the harder to get butterfly wolves! (eg. the ur bwolf and some of the '09 ones)

Thanks so much! Unfortunately I don't play FR so I'll just have to sell my soul for the UR bwolf (oh well XD). I have another question I was thinking about while gearing up to see what older bwolves I need. Why is the Shima an ex-list but not the other two in it's litter? They're the same rarity?
