Hello!

Just curious if this first trade and this second trade are more or less fair - if not, what might be changed to make them so?

Also just got this - I'm not excellent at items, but I've got a feeling and I'd like a second opinion. The gown is from the '11 summer event, and the gloves/socks are from the '12 Valentine's and Halloween events, respectively. I did try to look them up in the item rarities guides, but no luck - will do a more thorough search later if needed. Is this fair as it stands?

Unfair to them demand-wise, unfair to you rarity-wise, people don't really like rats and horses and sitting cats have a lot of demand+Halloween pets have lots of demand to, and people usually go towards demand and not the real rarity.
