it was such a lovely surprise; on top of the fact that these are several of my favorite and most sentimental items, they also recently gained some new sentimentality because of the themes which will be included in a very sudden and wonderful life event for me--
so they put twice the stupid smile on my face that they usually would have.

It didn't hurt that their username was also my first and favorite Pokemon. ;P
