Hard to say. I think it looks unfair to you. I haven't looked at the rares like in about a month, so I'm not sure if the Tess horse is one there or not. I think it's unfair to you because it's an '09 rare sitting cat, plus the high demand list dog. All the top side is offering is some store pets and a tess horse. I'd recommend a second opinion.

Extremely unfair to you - the Nick Sunback they're offering isn't on
the Rares List. I suspect they may have mistaken their pet as the
actual extremely valuable, above the gap Sunback.
