Unfair to you. The Light Leopard is worth around 2 midadvents.

On the advent list more tiers are worth 1 mixed '09 rare. The Christmas Dog is two tiers below a midadvent so two '09 mixed rares are needed to make it a midadvent.

I'm not sure exactly on the demand of the green tess dragon since the value is always changing but I would say you would need another 3-4 mixed '09 rares on their side to make it fair.
