you might want to take a look at the rareslist. The Rainbow Mane is an Mainlist and those few rares are not even close to fair.

What is the gap?

each gap (between two tiers) on the mainlist is about an low septemberlist from what I was told.
and the bun is 5 or 6 gaps above the balloon. so around an rose pps is needed to fill that gap.

not sure what exactly they need to add to the advents though
