What I see the first one's better, as I made experience that multiple lower lists don't make up most gaps, not to talk about coming over the gap. So the second one would be out in my opinion.

But the first one is near fair, as it equals up to a Non which is actually 3 Sorbets, the Blue Tox is a bit higher than a Sorb. But I don't know the exact gap values from a Non to the UR Lion and between the Tox and the Sorb line so this is just a little help. I'm pretty sure that it is not 100% fair, but wait for a second opinion maybe if you want to know if it's good to accept or not. c:
