I would say the first trade is about fair, maybe a little unfair to them. Not sure about the second.

The first one with your offer of bunnies does seem to be fair enough! However, I could be wrong;i don't know too much about the rarities of those bunnies !

On the second, Just coming from personal preference, I prefer doing store pet for store pet. C: That might just be me, Though!

1. It's unfair to you, one of the bunnies should almost be enough.
2. Also unfair to you, those pets add up to about 2,5 '10 rares while the store pets are worth an '10 rare each.

A slight bit unfair to you rarity-wise as the cat is worth an early '10 rare, demand-wise definitely unfair to you.

Agreed. Just adding, it would be 2 mid-late '09 rares, not early ones.
