I am wondering, since I have to choose between the two pets in the trade, considering demand, what is better?
I know the rat is better considering rarity, but idk how big Malk Mutant demand is.

What are you trading them?

all 28 Staff pups, sorry for that lack of information, but I thought since I can only have one of theirs, I just wanna know which one is better when I see a rats low demand and malk mutants high one..

I would go with the rat. It is a lot more overpay on their side and if you are patient, it can go for quite a bit of overpay on the side of the person offering for it.

Take the rat if you have patience.
Take the Malk Mutant if you are looking for quick turn around.

You were right, it's not really relevant^^
The rat is better rarity-wise, but the rats go for early '09 rares at most if you're in a hurry to trade them and it's easy to get 2-3 mid '09 rares for the malk mutant, maybe more if you're lucky, so I'd personally take the mutant demand-wise.
Untamed Shadow is right, the rat can go for overpay too, but if you have the patience to get an overpay trade for the rat you're probably more than capable to get a low advent for the malk, that's the most I've seen them go for.

Here are two trades for my Selkine, which one is better? Maybe also demand wise?

Both are incredibly unfair to the other user, the "Selkine" is going to be a 2014 common, at most. But the bottom one is better, I believe, since it contains a 2011 uncommon, I'm not sure about the Cs$ though.
