That's a tough one with unknown rarities and you can't really determine if it's fair or not... I guess it depend on how much you are willing to gamble on it, but personally I would cancel the trade or send them a message as ask to wait until the rarities are known.

I think they have to add a fair bit, since your pet is 2009. I'm not quite sure, so you may need a second opinion.
