Do you guys think that any of the next staff pets will ever be like the Shima Longtail?

One day we may get another "horse-dog" themed pet resembling a shima longtail. But that depens on two things. 1. Would the community like a pet based on one prior? And 2. Would the staff be ok with such references. Remember shima longtail is disliked over its popularity in addition to the pet being more tricky to decorate. That and artists usually frown on lookalikes. Only time will tell if a inspired by pet ever gets created.

Though if it is any comfort to you, I would make a whole litter of various long haired themed dogs if I ever got an art-chair.

I think they mean like in terms of how crazy popular the Shima is and if we'll ever get another like that. My answer would be no. Will there be a more popular one that the others in it's litter? Yeah but it'll never get to that Shima level hype. The Shima was also in the first ever staff litter.
