When someone send an unfair trade or doesn't follow one of your rules, it may be only slightly irritating and then you get over it. But I've never been infuriated trying to trade with someone. Until now.
I sent this telling telling them you can edit if you want. They sent this back.their message wrote:Quick question ... what would you like for these? I am really interested! ^^
This is just a dumb suggestion ..... If your interested in my sorbet, I'll accept 300 rares? >_< Just sayin XD
Okay. I'm fine with working something out. Their second part confused me for a moment before I realized that they had a sorb on my wishlist. Um. Did I offer on the sorb? No. Did I mention about the sorb? No. Wow. 300 rares. What a deal...
I send this back as a trade.my message wrote:We can do this? 2 of the others are in a bid right now so I can't trade them at the moment. c:
While the sorbet is on my wishlist, I'm currently not searching for one. I'll keep your offer in mind though.
I also am highly interested in your white Feb. If you're ever willing to trade, I will over-overpay for him.
They had a White Feb out and while it was titled NFT, I thought "what was the harm in asking?"
So they sent this back as a suggestion...their message wrote:Hmm, The white Feb is thee favoritest pet I have at the moment, but you may offer on him. :}
So obviously even though it may be NFT, you decided to see what I can offer for him. Okay. I can do that.
So I sent an offer for their white feb as a trade. Then they send it back as a suggestion after removing the wood dog from their side!their message wrote:I don't think I'll let my Feb go on that offer, could you add or change? (:
Ha. Really? Now this is just plain greed talking. It's not even "oh it's my precious pet and since it's mine, I don't want to trade him" sorta thing. Because they said I could go ahead and offer on it so they would let him go with the "right" price. And the fact that they took the wood dog off? What happened to what I originally came for? The pet which I offered for the wood dog is in the offer with the white feb so
why would they take it off?!?So I took everything off and went back to the wood dog and this time, adding another sitting cat. I sent it as a trade.my message wrote:Sorry, that was about the most I'd offer on one. ^^;; Can we go back to the original trade?
They sent it back as a suggestion AGAIN.their message wrote:Waiitttt XD Could you be able to give 50 rares for my Feb? >_<
....are you screwing with me? With that much(if speaking in terms of '09 rares), I would be able to get on the september list...
So I sent it
back again as a trade with "I'm sorry, but that's very pricey. D: With that much, I could probably get a high September list pet."
AND THEY SENT WHAT I SENT AS A TRADE BACK AS A SUGGESTION.their message wrote:*Dies* Hmm ... do you really need this wood dog or is there anything else you'd be interested in? (:
Oh. So you are screwing with me. If I wasn't interested in it,
do you think I would have sent a trade for it?!?! My patience has been worn down to nothing but dust. I let their suggestion sit for a day while I cooled off. Obviously, it'll get nowhere, so I simply cancelled.
my cancel message wrote:I wouldn't have sent a trade in the first place if I wasn't interested in it. If you didn't want to trade it, then it would have been nice if you said something in the beginning when I offered on it. I was interested in something else, but apparently you only accept heavy massive overpay.
Greed I tell you!!! It's not called "not letting go of my pet because I love it so much!" It's called "because you are going to overpay, let me try and wring you out of everything and if it's not everything, I won't trade it and use I love it too much as an excuse!"
I'm infuriated not because they aren't willing to trade. I'm angry because they led me on a wild goose chase! "Are you really interested in this pet or in something else?" "I'll take 300 rares for my sorb." Send suggestion send suggestion send suggestion. "Oh that's not enough. Can you change or add?

" AAARRRGGHHH. Rant over.
