I assume the 2009 rares are accurate; it's easy to calculate advent pets in rares.
In 2013 ones?
Well, if you make 2013 R into 2012 UC into 2011 C into 2010 VC into 2009 OMGSC, then.. Well, it'd take ~24 to make a single 2009 rare, I think. So it'd probably a waste of time..

1. Looks around fair, maybe a bit unfair to the '08.
