thank you! Any second opinions? Demand has gone up for android for sure. I know if gave to add a rare or to to make up the difference tier wise but... Demand wise would it be fair?

If you mean demand wise, for 1 shima, it depends on who you sent the trade to. Some people will take no less than an advent list pet, while others are willing to trade for less.

what do I need to add?

To make it fair to their side, I'd say you need to add an 09 rare or so. As far as I know, the Blue toxic is worth a sorbet and a red x PPS, so that part of the trade is fine, but the punk dog is one tier below the raven.
