If you value the Cerb at a balloon because of demand, it's unfair to you by a green tox + red-x-pps or so.
If you value the cerb at a cerb, they need a green tox + balloon.

Depends, maybe they'll take a fair trade, the demand is not so insane that it's impossible. I wouldn't pay more than a '09 rare though, I've seldom seen people offering more than that. It's just my opinion :3
