It's unfair to you, as they are offering only a few rares (and not in demand ones at that) and asking for a huge number of store pets and rares. Even though your rares are newer, the sheer weight, and the addition of store pets, of them make this trade unfair.

The Egypt event pets are going for newer Rares and older uncommons so I would say about fair.
But you might want to get a second opinion
