It's unfair to you, as they are offering only a few rares (and not in demand ones at that) and asking for a huge number of store pets and rares. Even though your rares are newer, the sheer weight, and the addition of store pets, of them make this trade unfair.

Your answer depends on what they have. There's an infinite amount of possible fairness to these trades but none of that is relevant if they don't have other pets.

I understand that, what I'm asking is would the other user have to add a high September list pet, 5 7th tier Advents, etc?...
