Name: Jefferson
Kind of a sucky rendition but this hatter is loosely based off of the Once Uppn on a Time version of the mad hatter. I'm in love with the show and Jefferson is one of my favorite characters. Hope you like it. I plan on changing and adding a few things as I get them.
