Wow I have a long night ahead of me ive been lazy lately not naming some of my lions now that means I have to go back and name the ones I have done and I hav over 3000 lions

I learned a real cool trick here which is to add &pageSize= to the end of the url when viewing a group of pets. you can just add &pageSize=4000 and see all your lions at once, then keep clicking the random name generator until it names them all! *w*

I hit 2000 on my staff hoard. this is the biggest hoard I've ever had! I'm pretty excited to see how large it can grow. >3

I've always been fascinated at people who have pages and pages of a certain pet
and am blown away if it is as desirable as a list pet! Seems like an impossible feat cx

and for your question, I started hoarding only after I completed my entire CS collection, and wanted to give myself another challenge. so I picked dogtags (the oldest, first dog in the CS archives), seemed like a fun goal to attempt. I "only" need 4 more to complete the hoard (8/12), and I should have enough fodder technically (mostly from generous art commissioners), but nobody wants to trade for my zebras/ur b-wolf/banana/uNickorn. *sweat* PATIENCE.

Most just kind of acomulate some of a list pet, they look nice together, they look for more some people get one of the pet, either dress it amazingly or can't decide which way and just want more
I personally got a set of lion tails, wanted another set to trade, kept them instead, looked for more to trade, kept them too now stuck at 58 with more fodder than I know what to do with... That's all stuck in a stupid red toxic...

i can't answer the other question though, I got a sunjewel in '11 for the 18th, so in a way I kinda cheated xD

Once I get on my comp. Ill be hitting 200 of my ratties

I decided on all my list hoards for totally different reasons.
Hyenas - because I've always loved hyenas, my fursona is a hyena, and because they are stinking adorable. So I ended up hoarding the rat and bunny look alikes too. >.<
Line Tribals - because that's what my first ever CS pet was.
Grapes (which I'm contemplating not hoarding anymore and just keeping my true date one) - long story, inside joke, hubby related reasons.
Ice Swirls and Cream Advents - I had a surplus and they looked good together, then I dressed them, that was the mistake, I couldn't trade them away after I dressed them. >.<

I've been on here since 08, and I was working on a complete collection, which then turned into screw it I'll just do a complete UR Collection and then 09 and on, which then turned into screw it I just want Hyenas.
I'm still pretty much riding my luck of having a sunjewel and a UR tiger from when I was trying to get a complete collection, trading those down got me so much fodder I was gifting away list pets like they were candy.
No idea how I still have main list fodder...

hoarding rares is a big no-no for me, but these guys got me. ;-;
i barely have fodder for hoarding rares, especially old ones, so i don't know if it's going to go well.

but ughh they're so cutee!
and my friend-that-doesn't-know-i-exist [ he's not really my friend :P ] had a german shepherd that passed a few months ago, so i want to give respect by hoarding them. <3

There's always the GSD horse from 2010 if you wanted to hoard something with those markings without using up your rare fodder?

How did you decide which listie to hoard?

The blue ice swirl had been a design I'd loved for a while, I was fodder less at the time but I guess I had enough for one. Instead me being me I gifted my fodder away but then was gifted my first ice swirl. Since it was the first list pet I'd been gifted and meant alot to me I decided well why not hoard it?

Gifts, Gifts and gifts again, people kinda attack me alot to help me, and Ethulai actually got me two ice swirls which I am still eternally thankful for you ♥
