If we don't account for demand for rats, it is worth around C$35-40, and the horse they're offering is around C$25-30 so since they paid you C$20 then I'd say it'd be C$5 dollars off on their side, but since demand for rats tend to be low, I'd say it's fair.

wher do u find what types are list pets or pets that are on demand is their a forum

The date thing always gets me. Is this one fair? I do not care about it being rats and rabbits, but the dates make me curious.

I'd say overpay on their side. Though the UR Cucumber has not so great demand, it is well above the big gap and is deserving of a mass quantity of September pets or at the least some main list pets under the gap.
