Slightly unfair to them. The rare lion is from December '09 and is technically fair on it's own for the fox being less than three months apart as you said. Neither have certain demand that would effect the trade

One of the commons should be fine for the barn back (maybe slight overpay), but since the candle stand is from '11 I'd say unfair to you by a late '12 uncommon at least. The dress is only worth about 3C$
