The demand isn't that bad as far as I know...just average

To be honest, I haven't seen that the Blue Toxic has that great of demand either - it may be better than the Spotted Tribal's, but it isn't insanely good - so I personally would not accept that, because I believe that you could get a better offer that's closer to fair rarity-wise.
