I am a little hesitant to trade away an older rare for something not on my wishlist, I usually require a bit of an overpay for that, so even though I think this may be fair, I'm wondering if it is an overpay on their part and if so by how much? I'm not certain how the tree rates to the spider and if one is more sought after than the other.

The tree has decent demand but you hardly ever see people actively looking for spiders, so it is probably a bit of overpay if you consider demand.

Is this fair? I know the rarities are fair, but are the pets themselves fair? The cat she will give me is on my WL. But my sister gifted my the dog she wants so I don't know......

I believe it's quite unfair to the top.
Try another opinion if your still unsure. By logic, it seems reasonable, but rarity math gives me a headache.
