I would say that it is unfair to the top, because the zebras have a high demand.. but just my opinion owo..

VERY unfair to you, you'd probably need to take away 4/5ths of those items away for it to be fair. Some of those are worth a '09 rare on their own c: *runs to make a better offer on them*
