I don't think it's necessary to speak about demand here. The Red toxic is SO far away from the spotted tribal, it would never add up to the worth of it. And red toxics don't have great demand either, so it's just extreme unfair to the spotted tribal.

I found the first to be the most fair, even if it is overpay. All the others had list pets so it was unfair to them. As for the C$ one, I'm not very good at it so I'm not sure :\

please don't give false advice.
the grey & white border colllie is an advent and the first one doesn't even give a list pet.
the second one is the most overpay since rat is a mid-september.
the last one is slightly fair; the 08 vr and 09 vr make up the difference between the hollyfox cat and the collie.

First is unfair I believe
Second one is overpay on their side since the rat is on the septembers list
And third one, not 100% sure but about fair to you.(?) Don't take my word on that one though!

I agree with this as yours is a 7th tier advent. The 1st has no list pets. the 2nd has a Sept pet and the 3rd has an advent pet but the value is still not as high as the 2nd bid.
