The second is offering the most and they're overpaying. Your Warrior cat was available for several months, so it's only worth a 2009 VR.

A red rose is at least 190. Although, yes, a 150 is a scarf pps which is two levels above the dragon on the september list, but I belive the guide is taking into account that C$ is valued less than list pets.
