I'm pretty sure this is overpay on their side, but wanted to check first. I'm really debating weather or not to accept because the Cheshire was a dreamy that was NFT.... So if anybody could also give me their opinion as to weather to accept or not, with if it is fair or not, it would help tremendously.

Unfair to the card dog. It's a 2008 re-release. If you really don't want to trade the pet, I suggest locking it so you won't be 'tempted' by offers.

Depends how you value the PPS lion. The PPS lion is in very high demand but there are a lot of them now so it's likely that they won't be rare. I would say unfair to the top rarity wise.
