If the skirt was scary/halloween themed, I could understand, but the pink skirt/dress is so adorable.
I can't really see anything in that dog that could make me think it is a male, but that's just me.

scottish bagpipe players wear skirts or whatever they call, it's the same thing really but anyway most of them are guys so yeah guys do wear skirts but apparently for scottish people it's manly. no seriously it's not like it's not skirt they just call it something different.

kilts are completely irrelevant to the guys wearing skirts discussion. They're a specifically male garment. The discussion in question is guys wearing a female garment.

anyways, i agree that it doesn't look like the pink dog is wearing a skirt. IT looks like a long tunic sort of shirt with tights underneath.

All it reminds me of is a pink corset/wideback minidress. It's the closest thing that isn't a tunic or a skirt. ;P A belt may be worn around a corset. It's like putting a belt on a dress.
