Thank you to everyone who has helped so far! I could use a little more help since I have three different opinions. Could anyone else tell me if this is fair or not, and which trade is better?

110 chicken dollars is worth a grinner. So, with ten chicken dollars added to that 100, you could be on the september's list, therefore, neither trade is fair or fairer because neither have a high advent or low September list pet in the trade.

Because a list pet is not included, the list is irreverent to the trade. The first is over 160C$ JUST with the rare '10 rats so it's very unfair to them. I believe the 2nd is slightly better, but next time please do not include the list value with no list pets

Top one is unfair to the store pet. Late 2013 store pets are worth a mid- 09 rare.

i have heard mid 09 and mid 10... a third opinion?

It's worth a mid-late '10 rare, not an '09. I think the item trade is unfair to them, same year as the cat though

first one is unfair to you, second is fair to both sides c:
