Unfair to the Tess horse. The horse is from 2008, while that dog is a current 2014 store pet, which is only worth a 2010 rare.

Actually the tess horse maybe from 2008 but because of its long release date (it was also released well into 2009) making it only worth a 2009 rare ^^
The store pet is also worth a late 2010.

One side is an '09 VR and a '12 Rare.
Other side is an '08 VR.

The side with the '09 and the '12 need to remove the '12 and add a '09 rare ^^

I got this trade for my raven, I know its fair but demand wise is it still fair? im not good with lists and someone else told me the cat doesnt have great demand so i was unsure
