I would say trade number two. They are both over trading, but I would choose the second trade. But if I'm wrong, get a second opinion.

I asked Kyar about these trades earlier, and they said this was about fair, not overpay. I just needed help deciding which to accept. Thanks anyway ^^;

unless I'm missing something, both are incredibly unfair to you
neither offer consists of anything above the gap or enough lower list pets to make up for that

I paid similarly for mine. I think another grinner-equivalent pet could be added, but I've seen some go for less.

making that unfair to them
