i would say unfair to you by another mid/late 13' uncommon. personally, i value rares as being equal to 3 uncommons from the same year within 3 months of each other. but you may value them differently.

Originally they asked for the Spotted Light Blue Leopard Dog(I don't know it's official name) in return for the two Zodiac Dogs, but they wanted me to add more. I offered them my Orange Retro or my 'Paris' horse. So is it fair with the Orange Retro? If not, who is it unfair to?

it was already fair with the leopard alone, as your leopard (from jan. 09') is a year older than the zodiacs. it's unfair to you now that you add the retro.

Unfair to you, both of your rares are 2009. They'd need to add another zodiac dog or you exchange the spotted with a mid '10 rare, or you remove the orange retro.

Incredibly unfair to you, the PPS jester lion will be uncommon at most, there are people who got 4 of them from their adopts.
The '10 uncommon would be insane overpay alone.
