It's unfair to you, the commons and uncommons are not enough to cover the gap between the '09 rare and the '10 rare.

Unfair to them, the horse is a '09 VR and your side isn't even worth a '09 rare.

Roughly a Skeleton PPS.
And yes, the UR Ice Cat is fair for a line tribal. They both have normal demand.
