to be honest, i think they are over paying you because, rats have no demand (0 demand) so they are really hard to trade off. they are offering 2 advent lists and the purple horse had demand, you could get another sep list rat for it.

i say about .~. but i still kinda feel as though they are overpaying newer years aren`t worth that much

I would say it's technically unfair to the C$, but considering a 2013 rare is supposedly worth 5 C$, it's hard to tell with lower rarity pets.
