I was wondering if I could get another opinion? I have two people saying it is unfair to the top, and one saying it is slight overpay for the bottom...? Thank you for all who help me!

Not sure about the value of the September List pet. Is this unfair to me or to them? I really hope it's fair, I love the Sept. List pet lol.
