It was unfair to them, the dog is worth 2 09 rares, and the 08 rare dog you offered is only worth the same as an 09 rare dog since it was available for a good part of 2009. c:

I think that's roughly fair, however it may be slightly unfair to you, as I'm not sure if the uncommons make up the gap between your staff and their two '10 rares.
