It's an overpay on their part. Most people are valuing the Holly Dog around a Sorbet. Though, the true value has not been set yet, so this is just an estimate.

I would like some help with these trades, I don't know which is worth more- factoring in the huge demand for the advents. [I do understand the rares list does that.] I just would like to know which is worth more, because no one can determine the URB's value. Thank you!

A very rare for a very rare. Not 1 very rare for 3 very rares and 2 unknows. So I would get rid of 4 pets from that trade.

I'm bad with rarity as well but most fair looks to be the 2nd one
the First is my favorite just because of how many of the very good advent pets are in it. . .

You need to learn the Rares list before you answer questions.

I say near fair, maybe just a little unfair to you considering demand, and a bit unfair to them just rares list based.
