Is this trade fair? Disregard the item - is the GUPPS fair for the two PPSs together? I know there's a bit of a date gap between the 2013 dog and the 2013 PPS, but I'm assuming that the 2013 dog is worth more than the 2014 PPS alone.

Unfair to you. Demand wise, and rarity wise.

My trading partner (and myself) would like to know how unfair it would be specifically?

First off, the sorbet is below the blue toxic, and i'm not sure the Pink Flop Ear September will fill in the gap… And sorbets don't have much demand, sad to say. I'm pretty sure Toxics are more wanted. You may need to get a second opinion though.
