Is this fair? I have no idea whatsoever of what these GUPPS are going for. It seems unfair to the rabbits side, in my opinion, but... Help, please!

Could I get a third opinion? The cat is a 2008 Very Rare.

My rat just grew up into the one outcome I already had; so I stuck him in a trade group. Just got this trade for him. Can someone help me out and tell me if it's fair? If not, what should be added to who's side? I'd like to trade the rat for some wishlist pets, or another wishlist very rare. (But I don't think people really like trading for rats?) Soooo, any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Actually it is only worth a 2009 mid VR , they were adoptable for almost a full year is I recall correctly.
