Whether a trade is fair or not we cannot answer. The URs are too new to even be able to give an estimate of what they're worth. Other than that its going to be on the main list.
Though the second is by far the best. The others aren't even worth main lists besides the balloon and that worth far less

As they are both VR within three months, I'd say rarity wise fair. I'm not entirely sure though. I'd grab a second opinion.
