rat is VR, horse is rare on their side. Mine are the dog being rare and B-wolf slight chance of being VR

Would a hyena advent be fair towards a raven dog, tufted blood dog, and PPS cocoon? I'm not too familiar with list pets and I'm not sure how exactly the tiers work outside of tier swaps. <3

Hopefully that's not a ridiculous offer or anything, I'm a little worried that it is. ;_;
