URs are always on the list. It just takes time to place them. When you think about it, with all the factors that affect the list, its not easy to place a pet. XD

I would't take anything below main list to be honest. I don't think any of the other URs have been anything but main list? I might be wrog on that, but yeah. I'd hold on to ituntil at least its rarity though. If its OMGsorarre, it might be really high. if it sonly VR, it might not be quite as high. But I'm no expert.
