if i had the cucumber, could i get both Galaxies and a UR dog, would that be fair? If not, what should be taken away/added?

It honestly depends on the person, but in my opinion that'd be unfair to them. Then again, some people are willing to overpay...

You wouldn't be able to get all three though. Maybe one.

Please don't give bad advice. You could get 2 non dogs and a sorbet worth of pets. So yes you could get both galaxies, and the 09 UR dog plus some more.
