Will i be able to get my all my wishlist pets for a White Growing July, Joker and a Non-Coontail?
Ignore the Coontail and Yellow Toxic! I think i can swap them for my Non-Swirl and Red Toxic. ^^

My 09 St Pattys Dog for their Blue Balloon?

You can definitely get all those pets pictured (minus the yellow tox and coontail) with a Growing White, Joker, and Noncoon. However you couldn't get both a Coontail and Yellow Toxic for a Nonswirl and Red Toxic. The Nonswirl plus Red Tox would be enough for just the Coontail probably.
A Joker is not enough for a BE Galaxy (as an example, I got a Joker plus a CE for my BE). A St. Patty's dog is not enough for a Blue Balloon by a longshot, I don't know if the St. Patty's is even worth an Advent.

Waaay back, i actually got a Pink Balloon for my St Patty, but i guess the value have been decreased..?

Nope. The spider is supposed to be worth something like a 08 advent if I recall correct. And then there is a 08 december rat in there.

So I'd say unfair for the spider side.

I can't really say for sure. The store dogs are just released, and their value hasn't 'settled' yet. Just keep in mind that last month one 08 advent was worth all four androids - it might just be that the new store dogs may settle into the same value.
