I'd say the first is the fairest, but the second is best, although I'd get a second opinion.

xD How many store sets could I get? WHat they're offering is forty dollars worth in pets in real money, that's C$750.

Hmm...from what I remember from the brief period when people were selling their pets for real money, the BE would maybe be equivalent to $45? You could also consider what it'd be worth in CWP since those are 1:1 for USD. The thing is that it's hard to compare C$ to VR pets because they pets themselves are generally considered to be more valuable.
If I were you I'd trade the BE for CS pets, or at least some items along with the store dogs - the CS store pets especially aren't valued very highly.

Hmm...that sounds like a pretty good offer. I'd say fair, but you could wait for one more opinion to be sure.
